Challenge: Re-implement SugarCRM, Upgrade and Support.

Solution: Caplin were looking to change supplier of support services, upgrade their environment to version 6 and have some issues resolved. We worked with Caplin to understand their use of SugarCRM, remove legacy fields and stabilise the environment into a supportable solution. We provide first line support to any SugarCRM queries/issues they may have.

Results: Caplin have been able to enjoy the latest features of SugarCRM version 6, resolve outstanding user issues and move forward with a deployment of a stronger marketing automation solution. Caplin are a leading software provider in their space and we’re very proud to be able to support the CRM implementation of such a technically astute business.
